What respite care services for autistic children do we offer?
As a team, we are able to offer a wide range of respite care services for autistic children and respite care for children with special needs, be they physical or otherwise. We offer a variety of autism services in Perth.
All of our respite programmes are designed to ensure a fun, engaging and exciting time for your child, whilst allowing you to feel confident that your child is getting the best care whilst you have a well deserved rest.
Our in-home respite care services allow for this to take place in a setting where your child already feels comfortable. This could be a good respite care option for your child if they have autism as he/she would be more comfortable in a familiar setting. We, at PHASE, understand that even minor changes to routines for children with autism can be a frightening, or unsettling experience, and that is the last thing we want.
We also offer a non-residential weekend respite care program. Our accessible, all-inclusive respite care program will see your child receiving individual support from our fully trained staff, and taking part in exciting and engaging activities.
Our sessions start at 9am and run for either a half or a full day, meaning that they end at either 1pm or 5pm respectively. It is entirely your choice. Our program takes place in the HBF Arena, as its immaculate grounds and outstanding facilities (including a swimming pool!) are all easily accessible to those with a variety of additional needs.
How can you get in contact with us if you need respite care for an autistic child?
At PHASE, unlike a lot of support facilities, we are available 6 days a week. We are open from 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am until 5pm on Saturdays, so there will always be someone on hand to help you.
