Chantel manages PHASE Accommodation and Respite and has extensive experience in this area of the sector. For the last 13 years, she has supported challenging behaviours and complex needs. Chantel started out in the childcare industry, supporting two children with disabilities then moved to a school-based program to support these children’s transition to school. She then moved to support adults living with disability and mental health conditions for a large WA Disability Services Provider.
In her current role with PHASE, Chantel ensures appropriate support services are delivered to meet the needs of individual clients who reside in both PHASE Accommodation or their own homes. She manages the day to day operation of accommodation homes and guides, motivates and develops staff to provide safe, quality, person-centred services.
Chantel loves camping and fishing. The outdoors are her home away from home, and she would like to one day live in the bush where she is able to fish every day.
