Senior Business Development Manager

Carly brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her previous employment in the Disability Services sector, including National Disability Insurance Agency and Mission Australia.

Carly has developed strong project delivery, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills and in her former role, she was responsible for providing a direct point of contact within the LAC team to support them to further develop their skills and further their careers. She has demonstrated experience leading the facilitation of community engagement activities, supporting LAC staff to find solutions to complex problems, working with individuals to set goals and increase participation, and take ownership for implementing an action plan. Carly’s previous roles in Business Support and as a Planner with the NDIA allowed her to develop an excellent knowledge and understanding of the NDIS. This is where she gained substantial hands-on experience in implementing Participant focused plans for people with disabilities.

In her role as Senior Business Development Manager, Carly is committed to delivering continuous improvement principles, research, education, and adherence to the set quality standards. She also oversees the management of the Corporate Team including performance supervision and mentoring, creating new business development opportunities and take responsibility for implementation of systems and processes that place the client at the centre of service delivery.
