Supported living refers to schemes that provide personal care to people as part of the support that they need to live in their own homes. We offer short-, medium-, and long-term supported living accommodations (also known as Respite) to enable people with disability to live independent and fruitful lives and achieve their goals in a supported environment. It is also an opportunity for family or carers to take a short break from their daily routine.
Our supported living accommodation facilities are a great place to meet people, enjoy activities and have the support of fully qualified and experienced staff to assist with your daily living needs. We understand the need for short-term care can range from a sudden occurrence to meeting the personal requirements of a caregiver. As a result, we can provide respite and short-term accommodation in an emergency, with various accommodation options available immediately. In-Home care can also be provided in the comfort of your own home. At Perth Healthcare & Supported Enterprise, we provide a safe and secure environment that is individually tailored to meet the needs of each person. We have a variety of services and activities that can be personalised to suit your individual needs.
