Supported Disability Accommodation

PHASE offers supported accommodation across the Perth metropolitan area. All homes are shared living arrangements with other people with disabilities and have staff at the house 24/7 to support daily tasks and assist you in living a great life.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding for Supported Independent Living (SIL) that you can use to live in these houses. Alternatively, you may have funding from another source (such as the Department of Communities) or be privately funded.  If eligible, you can receive additional transportation funding, help find and keep employment, assistance attending community groups and more. PHASE can also support you with these services.

  1. Individualised, Person-Centered Approach – Our dedicated staff are well trained to support clients with various needs.
  2. Your Home, Your Personal Space – Your home is a place where you can be yourself, enjoy group time, but also have a private bedroom
  3. Independent Living Skills – In your new home, you will be supported to live as independently as possible. You can prepare your meals with assistance, participate in domestic tasks, and even do your shopping.
