Perth Disability Support Worker Services
At PHASE, we are open 7 days a week, which makes us a perfect choice for all of your additional support needs, no matter when you find yourself needing them. We understand that life can throw you a curveball sometimes, and that is why we are here – for the times when you need that extra pair of hands, or a break, or even just a shoulder to cry on.
Do you need some extra disability support in Perth?
When your loved one has additional care needs, we know how overwhelming even the slightest of changes can be – for them, and for you. We offer a wide range of disability support services to people in the Perth metropolitan area.
What we don’t offer is a generic run of the mill ‘one size fits all’ service. At PHASE we tailor our support and care for your loved one to their individual needs and abilities, to provide a memorable, positive experience for them, and a scenario where you feel confident and comfortable that we have only the best interests of your loved one in mind.
Just some of the services we currently offer are:
- Respite care in the home
- Non-residential respite weekend sessions
- Help with your loved one in the community
- Additional support for caregivers and family members.
What makes our disability support workers stand out from others across the city?
We care. Now, we know what you’re thinking – we have to say that. But the truth is, we really do care.
We, as a team, are 100% committed to making sure that every one who uses our disability support services is comfortable with us, and that everyone involved has the best experience possible with us.
We are a team of people who understand that some members of our community have additional care needs, and that it’s okay for you as their primary caregiver to have a break sometimes, and that you shouldn’t feel any sort of shame or guilt for that. That is a message that we want all of you as caregivers to understand, too.
Our staff are unique in not only their level of commitment and dedication to their job, but the fact that, as a standard, they are all accredited with the following:
- Clearance for Working with Children
- Police Clearance
- Disability & Mental Health certification
- A First Aid qualification
- Manual handling certification
Our team of Perth based disability support workers are here for you no matter what you need, and will go above and beyond to ensure that your loved one receives the highest level of care for their individual needs.
